Freelance Writing: How to Write Articles Faster

Freelance writing can generate a respectable income, speed and accuracy will lead to making the big bucks. Newer writers and seasoned veterans at some point have trouble creating content. I have received messages in the past from writers, asking how do I write articles faster. There are many techniques available for you, but I have found one that works for me.

The easiest way to write articles faster is break up the information into 100 word paragraphs. If you are writing a 500-word article, try to focus on 100 words at a time. By doing this you will trick your brain into believing there is less work to write. I found trying to write an article from beginning to end, which can be very difficult because of writers block. The first paragraph is the intro this should quickly address what the article will discuss. 

Write a great opening sentence to command the reader’s attention. Then write a couple of points you want to cover in the article. These are questions that the reader may have, so you would answer these questions using a 100 word paragraphs. The final paragraph in the article is the closing paragraph; this is a final statement to the reader. This last paragraph should tie in all of your ideas, so make it count. 

Time yourself with a stopwatch to see how long it takes you to write a 100-word paragraph. This will give the time of how long it takes you to complete an article.
