Common Mistakes When Looking for a Driver

Golfers everywhere can relate to being a beginner at some point. Everyone has to start somewhere, but there are some common mistakes when choosing a driver. There are some things to look for when you are buying driving clubs.

The loft is the amount of slant the club has on the face of the club. If there is not enough slant on the club this could affect you golf swing. The shaft of your driver should not be too stiff; you need it to be a little loose if possible.

A stiff shaft will not flex when you hit the ball, and your golf swing will suffer. The height of your tee is also important in finding a driver that works for you. The three different types of tees are low, medium and high. Try all three to find which one works best with your driver.
