Should The Internet Be Shut Down On Holidays?

 

 

The holidays are here and people should be spending them with their families. The Internet is a powerful drug, and sometimes it's hard to let it go. While everyone is singing Christmas carols, spinning their dreidels, bonding comes to my mind.

All the presents in the world couldn't stop you from going on the Internet. You're probably reading this right now on a new iPhone or laptop. People don't spend enough time together. The Internet has single handedly destroyed all human interaction.

 

I really had a chance to think hard about this question. Should the Internet be shut down on Holidays? I personally think this would be a great idea. Put down Facebook and Twitter, so you can find out how your parents are doing.

 

Everything is at your fingertips with the Internet, but that shouldn't stop you from having a good time with your family. I think shutting down the Internet on major holidays would be a great idea.

 

This will give people some very needed time to catch up on the good old times. Would this be a good idea why or why not? I would love to hear from my readers on this topic.
