Poetry: Divine Intervention

What do you do when she's not being faithful?
The thought ought to make you not able
To fall in love with the devil
Disguised as an angel

See it from my perspective
A different angle
It's painful
When people sell their souls
For the bankroll

Why do we have more than we really need?
And when someone questions our sanity
We call them a hater
But who are we really hating?

For the wealth, we put ourselves
In awkward situations
Women wear the pants
Men (a)d(dress) that they're faking

Making us fall in love with free will
Instead of a hand full of prayers
We'll settle for a stomach of pain pills
